Service returned to normal at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. A network degradation at our cloud provider affected one zone of its central US region. During the incident our payment service lost reliable access to its database. Requests failed intermittently rather than consistently, so many operations still completed normally. Between 7:36 AM and 9:00 AM Pacific Time you may have seen payment links that did not load or did not complete, phone (IVR) payments that failed and needed a retry, and delays in automated follow-up messages to leads. No action is required from you. If a request did not complete during this window, you can retry it now.
